A four-course vegetarian menu is tailored to your tastes and tastes. The menus are made with fish as the main substitute for protein and are rich in micro and macronutrients, high alkaline BIO and superfoods, vitamins, minerals and all the necessary nutrients for the human body.
We offer variations with and without fish, depending on your personal model. Vegetarian menus are divided into Balanced and Protein, and their composition is determined according to the purpose and wishes of each of our clients.
The weight varies in fixed values, and the exact weight of your menu can be determined by completing our Individual plan based on your goals, desires, and health status.
